MyDigitalMedia provide hosting services through leased root access servers providing highly customisable and available servers at very low cost.

The services we provide to each of our customers are normally hosted on the same servers are those of our other customers. It would not be cost effective for MyDigialMedia or our customers to do otherwise.

In order to ensure that all of our customers receive a fair amount of use for each of the services some limitations have been set in place as outlined on this page. By signing up to any of MyDigitalMedia's services you agree to be bound by this policy as part of the Terms & Conditions, and that this policy is subject to change without notice.

MyDigitalMedia reserves the right to suspend services to our customers if the rules set out in this policy are not adhered to.

Adult / Pornographic Material

It is strictly prohibited for MyDigitalMedia to be used to host content of an adult or pornographic nature without written permission from MyDigitalMedia beforehand.

Fair usage

It is expected that from time-to-time our customer's domains will come under high load, unreasonably high traffic over a sustained period causing performance issues to other customers and services may result in your services being suspended whilst we assist you with sourcing an alternative, and more suitable provider.

In order to reduce the impact on other customers, a download speed limit has been applied to FTP only between the hours of 6am - 11pm. This does not affect the upload speed.

Spam / Email

E-mail hosting services provided by MyDigitalMedia can be used in any manner that you see fit with the exception of using MyDigitalMedia's mail services for the sending of unsolicited marketing e-mails.
