I thought your advice was free?

MyDigitalMedia are happy to offer free e-mail advice on any questions you may have. This may be that you are installing a new wireless network and want to know what equipment you should purchase, or you may want to know what laptop you should buy if you have a particular budget, particular needs, and you want to get a reasonable lifespan out of the equipment you're purchasing.

Unfortunately, because this is a free-advice service we're unable to guarantee any sort of response time, and we do have to give priority to our paying customers. Our IT Consulting is not simply free advice via e-mail. We visit you and business face-to-face. We examine how your business works and provide a proposal as to how we think IT can be best used for your business in the current market climates.
