Change of bank account

Change of bank account

Over the last few months, we've been transitioning all of our internal payments from our old business bank account with Santander to our new one with HSBC. This month we're asking our customers to update their records to make sure you're making payments to our new account.

If you only ever make payment based on the information in the e-mail you receive from our invoicing system, you may have noticed that our sort code and account number has already been updated, and we've been accepting payments by bank transfer to our new account for some time.

If however, you make regular payments for services, such as hosting by standing order, you will need to update your payments to use the new sort code and account number. We'll be in touch with each of our affected customers directly to let you know of the new details.

Infrastructure upgrade...
As part of an ongoing review of the services that we provide, MyDigitalMedia this week invested heavily in the upgrade of the infrastructure used to host our customer's website and e-mail.

Depending on where in our existing infrastructure our customer's website may be, existing customers will benefit from between 5x and 20x more memory, 3x and 6x more processing power and faster storage, to ensure that their websites load much faster than they do today.

MyDigitalMedia goes limited
We're pleased to announce that MyDigitalMedia has today become a Limited company. What does this mean for our customers? Well it doesn't mean a lot in the way that we work with, and treat our customers, but as you'll have seen in some of our other recent news, we've recently added more people to the team here and this change is to allow us to more effectively manage the way that we operate, and allowing us to better manage the future growth of our business.

New customer service manager appointed
This week Danielle joins the team at MyDigitalMedia to build up the customer facing side of our business. With a background and qualifications in customer service, and experience in social media tools and successful social media marketing running her own businesses in the past, Danielle will likely be the person speaking to you on the phone first time when you call.
