New online video

This is exciting for us, we're normally providing consultancy for our customers on the use of video on their own websites, but don't have any on our website to show just how powerful this media is at getting your message across to potential customers.

"This video is just the tip of the iceberg of what the team working for MyDigitalMedia can offer, but with every part of the video being created by us, even the music, it's an excellent demonstration to get the ideas going" says Kurt.

A lot goes into building a website, even the small ones, from graphic design and professional photography to content creation, and the technical building of the site. A lot of our customers don't realise that we can take care of all of this for them. Those working for MyDigitalMedia behind the scenes often go un-noticed and this is a great opportunity to emphasise just what those individuals offer.

Infrastructure upgrade...
As part of an ongoing review of the services that we provide, MyDigitalMedia this week invested heavily in the upgrade of the infrastructure used to host our customer's website and e-mail.

Depending on where in our existing infrastructure our customer's website may be, existing customers will benefit from between 5x and 20x more memory, 3x and 6x more processing power and faster storage, to ensure that their websites load much faster than they do today.

Change of bank account
Over the last few months, we've been transitioning all of our internal payments from our old business bank account with Santander to our new one with HSBC. This month we're asking our customers to update their records to make sure you're making payments to our new account.

MyDigitalMedia goes limited
We're pleased to announce that MyDigitalMedia has today become a Limited company. What does this mean for our customers? Well it doesn't mean a lot in the way that we work with, and treat our customers, but as you'll have seen in some of our other recent news, we've recently added more people to the team here and this change is to allow us to more effectively manage the way that we operate, and allowing us to better manage the future growth of our business.

New customer service manager appointed
This week Danielle joins the team at MyDigitalMedia to build up the customer facing side of our business. With a background and qualifications in customer service, and experience in social media tools and successful social media marketing running her own businesses in the past, Danielle will likely be the person speaking to you on the phone first time when you call.
